Hacienda Clavero is located on Ramos Carrión Street, which runs from Miramar to Santa Paula. There are wonderful views of the hills, the city and the Mediterranean. The city center is 5 km from the house and a 3-minute drive from the E15 highway, Limonar exit. Malaga airport is 25kms, 15-20 minutes by car.

The building was built recently with a heated rooftop pool (open all the year, except the months of January and February) with communal areas.

The property is located nearby the Málaga María Zambrano Train Station, at the right city centre of Málaga, near Playa de la Misericordia sand beach, 50 m from the bus stop, 50 m from the supermarkets and two of the biggest Malls in the City, just a couple of minutes from the Old town, 4 km from El Candado Golf Club golf course, 10 km from Aeropuerto de Málaga (AGP) airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood near the sea in Málaga city.
