The house has approximately 4,000 m2 of plot distributed between the house and its community exteriors. The house is surrounded by gardens with an abundance of tropical plants such as jasmine, heliotropes, honeysuckle.
The pool is 15 meters long and is open all year round.

The building was built recently with a heated rooftop pool (open all the year, except the months of January and February) with communal areas.
The property is located nearby the Málaga María Zambrano Train Station, at the right city centre of Málaga, near Playa de la Misericordia sand beach, 50 m from the bus stop, 50 m from the supermarkets and two of the biggest Malls in the City, just a couple of minutes from the Old town, 4 km from El Candado Golf Club golf course, 10 km from Aeropuerto de Málaga (AGP) airport.
