The house is located at the top of a mountain ridge in a protected forest area. Surrounded by countryside, and with good road access, it is located just 15 minutes from Malaga city and/or airport (AGP).
The house has private and safe trails for trekking or mountain biking.
It has a large private pool, garden area and terrace from which you can enjoy impressive views of the typical Mediterranean landscapes of the Andalusian coast. On especially clear days it is possible to see the nearby sea. In addition, the house has a private putting green.
Las Breñas puts at your disposal all the comforts of a modern house so that you can enjoy its privileged location in the environment with the best climate in Europe. Furthermore, in complete safety, since it is possible to park several vehicles within the property, whose access can remain properly closed at all times.

We had a nice vacation and would book this house again. The house is situated all alone on the top of a hill/small mountain (500m high). It is a four minute drive from the gate up to the house. The 360 degree view of the surrounding area is incrediblsee more
We had a nice vacation and would book this house again. The house is situated all alone on the top of a hill/small mountain (500m high). It is a four minute drive from the gate up to the house. The 360 degree view of the surrounding area is incredible (mountains, valley, Malaga, airport (no noise), a bit of sea view). It is very quiet. Hiking trails start right next to the house. Some wildlife can be seen (mountain goats, capricorn, eagles).
